Because of how the market has been and what my budget was, I don't know how many places we looked at but Jared was very patient and open to what I wanted to see . Between his recommendations and our findings, we ended up settling on one of the homes he recommended at the very beginning of our search together. He helped me find a community that feels safe for me and my son and has everything we need within walking distance! The home was move in ready and once we got started with the paperwork, Jared made the process as easy as possible prior to settlement.
